About Us

Custom Garage Door was formed in the summer of 2006. It was previously known as Garage Door Company, which was formed in 2003. Current owner, Brandon Martin, worked previously as an employee of Garage Door Company and brought life back to the struggling company. The first year of ownership under new management resulted in a 300% increase in profits. We believe this is because our staff has an outstanding history in the garage door industry.

Mr. Martin grew up around garage doors. Throughout his life he has held many positions with the prominent garage door manufacturer Martin Door Manufacturing^® . Proud of the garage door heritage of his family, Mr. Martin decided to learn the garage door trade. Mr. Martin's first years in business demonstrated to him that there is a lot of value that can be shared with customers. If fixed and variable costs are managed appropriately this value can be passed on to the customers.

This is Mr. Martin's main goal: To Create And Share Value With Customers.

As Custom Garage Door experienced large amounts of growth, Mr. Martin decided that furthering his education would become an asset to the company. In May of 2010, Mr. Martin graduated with an MBA degree from the University of Utah. He is currently using the specialized skills he obtained to keep costs low and provide customers with the highly valued Martin Garage Doors and Openers at the most competitive prices available anywhere.
